Amari Thomsen: Amari is a Chicago dietitian and founder of Eat Chic Chicago. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and later completed her nutrition education at the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science. As a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Illinois Dietetic Association and Chicago Food & Nutrition Network, Amari specializes in the areas of real food nutrition, recipe development, nutrition education, and private & corporate consulting. Karen Schroeder: Karen is a Chicago-based registered dietitian and energetic health and nutrition coach. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Iowa State University and continued on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Karen holds additional training certificates in adult weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a certified yoga instructor.
