Thanks for always proofreading for me :) I got the links changed appropriately. I did try to grow a kitchen window garden and it did not go over too well because I did not have nearly enough direct sunlight to the window. I got some nice little sprouts, but that's about it. If you have a window that gets more than 3 hours of direct sunlight each day you will be more successful than I was I'm sure! Indoor tomatoes sounds ambitious! Let me know how that goes!

That's a rather impressive list for 2011. I think to top it in 2012 you'll have to get married and run a full marathon.

Didn't you try to growing "kitchen window" herbs a year or so ago? How'd that go? I've been thinking about trying some herbs and indoor hanging tomatoes, but wonder if they'll get enough sun in a window in the winter.

Also, and the real reason for this comment, the coffee grinder and mortar and pestle links go to the Pyrex baking dish and enameled crock pot Amazon pages, respectively.

So I take it that my chocolate-free marathon that lasted a whole 2 days would not necessarily be a shining highlight on my 2011 accomplishment list? You put my list to shame. I look forward to seeing your pictures progress this year as I feel they are already stunning! Happy 2012 Amari!

Lucky me! Thanks Eat Chic!

I had frozen one serving of the barbacoa so I wouldn't feel like too much of a pig. That came down from the freezer this week; I'm looking forward to the manicotti recipe for a replacement.

I just made the perfect fall salad! Brown rice, carmelized sweet potato, swiss chard, toasted almonds, dried cranberries with an orange-raspberry dressing. YUM!

I barely recognize Will. He looks just like an NU EECS professor, Gokhan Memik.

I don't know what's in that massive Uberstein’s jug, but it's guaranteed better than the can-'o-piss in Will's hand. Was it smuggled from D&D's in a large red backpack?

To connect with me via RSS, Facebook, Twitter is still a work in progress! It will be up soon (as soon as we can get Will on the project :)) I'll see if I can change the text color to take care of that, thanks for letting me know! PS. Isn't that Barbacoa chili addicting!? Thanks for the comments :)
