I love me some dark chocolate. Every night after dinner I break off a square or two from a high-quality gourmet dark chocolate and savor every bite for dessert. Alter Eco silk smooth chocolate bars are organic, fair trade, non-GMO and gluten-free as well as free of emulsifiers, artificial flavors and soy. Hello high quality! Republic of Tea
Cold winter months call for a warm cup of tea. And I must say, I love the variety of flavors that Republic of Tea has to offer! I’m a sucker for rooibos teas and the Good Hope Vanilla African Rooibos Tea always hits the spot. Instead of snacking, tea is a my favorite way to keep my hands and mouth busy in between meals.
