Goodbye 2012, hello 2013! Happy New Year! I hope 2012 was everything you hoped it would be and that the best is still to come in 2013. I spent my last night of 2012 in the great company of my favorite dietitians!

- I outfitted my new kitchen with all of our fabulous wedding gifts!
- I was interviewed by the Northwestern Medill News in a story about the Paleo diet
