After much anticipation, it’s here! My famous guacamole recipe for everyone to see! This recipe is constantly a hit at every part, work event, or even just as a weekend snack. I’ve made all sorts of guacamole varieties, but I always come back to this classic recipe! You can of course alter the recipe anyway you want by using more or less of any of the ingredients to personalize it to your liking. But in my opinion, this combination is best!
vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free, seed-free, sugar-free, shellfish-oil, fish-free, bean & legume-free
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- handful of cilantro, chopped (about 1/4 cup after chopping)
- juice from one lime
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mash avocados. Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalape??o, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Allow guacamole to sit in the refrigerator over night to allow flavors to meld together. Enjoy!
