For dinner tonight I wanted to use up a few leftover ingredients in the refrigerator so I went with a fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella pizza! I used a store-bought crust, but would have liked to make a homemade if I had the time. I am still getting used to working full time and managing my time after I get home from work. Coming up with dinner ideas and making sure I optimize my time accordingly to make a meal is a challenge, but in time I will have the schedule down to a tee!
Any tips on how to manage a busy schedule of work and leisure?
I’m off to watch the end of the Chicago Blackhawks hockey game and then to some late night cross-training at the gym! Hope everyone is enjoying the short week!
