This weekend I decided to bake my very first loft of bread! I settled on a recipe that was rather simple and included loads of healthy ingredients – everything from whole wheat flour and cracked wheat to molasses and rolled oats! In the spirit of September’s vitamin of the month, I even added some wheat germ for some added vitamin E!

The bread turned out beautifully and was packed with flavor and fiber!
