My First Green Monster!

After jealously drooling over everyone’s Green Monster smoothies I finally had the guts to make my own! I stuck with the very basics: fresh spinach, a frozen banana, and vanilla soymilk.

I loaded it all into my Magic Bullet and voila! Suprising REALLY tasty! It made for the perfect dessert to some leftover pasta for dinner. Now that I was finally brave enough to try it, I can’t wait to experiment with different combinations!
