Morning Oats

With the Chicago weather getting chillier by the day, it was the perfect excuse for warm oats!

I popped 1/2 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of milk in the microwave and voila!

I topped the oats with half of a banana and about 2 tablespoons of one of my favorites I.M. Healthy soynut butter.

For coffee this morning I brewed up some Starbucks Gazebo blend, which is actually meant more for summer ice coffee but I use it for both!

After class I had a quick snack consisting of the other half of my banana and a Ginger Snap flavored Larabar. I can tell that I will be turning to this flavor more often in the near future because of its spicy autumny flavor; it was delicious! Now off to Super Circuit (a group fitness class) at the gym.
