Mid-morning I had time to make these tasty little guys!
Almond butter spread upon one banana topped with crushed Corn Flakes and coconut.
It was the perfect blend of flavors, textures and healthy nutrients! Packed full of protein, potassium, and healthy fat this delicious snack held me over for a good 3 hours until lunch.
And of course for days when snack time is more limited, I have a growing abundance of healthy snack bars; always good to have on hand for emergencies!
